We take a lower margin against our ranges of jewellery compared to other jewellers. This is because we concentrate on core best selling lines and cut out all the unnecessary costs. We are proud of our second hand jewellery returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the jewellery or second hand watches and, providing there is no damage and the item has been returned as new within five working days, you shall receive a full refund.
