Cheque cashing

Complete the form online including details of your cheque with the amount, cheque number, bank sort code and account number and post the cheque through to us. We may also request some forms of identification to confirm your identity including proof of address.

We will ask you to sign an indemnity form including a power of attorney to confirm that you are fully entitled to the value of the cheque and that there is no attempt to obtain monies by deception. This is a standard procedure for your protection to avoid fraud and meet the requirements of money laundering regulations.

On receipt of your cheque, we will check the information provided. If satisfactory, cash will be posted first class by special recorded delivery for the value of the cheque less our commission.  Alternatively we shall simply return your cheque.

Our commission varies depending upon the nature and value of the cheque. The rate will be agreed with you in advance before the cheque is cashed. We aim to be far more competitive than the typical high street alternative so that you receive more cash. We have far lower costs and overheads.

Example: -   Wages cheque received for £500.00.   We agree a commission rate with you of 6% being £30.00.   We post you £470.00 in cash by recorded delivery. Please note an administration fee of £25 will be payable if your cheque does not clear.
