Can't repay my loan

If you cannot repay the loan we offer the flexibility to pay the accrued interest only and you may renew your contract for a further period.

We will try our best to be flexible and it may be possible to make a part payment against the accrued interest and increase the loan amount.  This would need to be agreed in advance with the pawnbroker. 

If no payment is made, the pawnbroker reserves the right to sell the jewellery at the end of the contract period by private treaty sale or auction to recover the loan amount and the accrued interest. 

A letter will be sent to the customer to inform about the proceeds of sale and any surplus amount repayable to the customer over and above the loan plus accrued interest plus expenses of sale will be set out in this letter.
